Returns & Warranty

Want to return a product? Use our return form to make the process smooth. At Quinmo, we understand that sometimes you might regret a purchase. That's why we offer you the option to return purchased products under certain conditions, without needing to provide a reason. Of course, we appreciate it if you do give us a reason, as this helps us improve our service and product range.

Once we receive your product(s), you have 14 days to send it back or to make a return notification. After making a return notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • The products must be undamaged.
  • The products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • The packaging must be sealed with packing tape.
  • Used products will not be credited.
  • Products where you have attempted to repair a defect yourself will not be credited.
  • Include the delivery note or invoice (possibly a copy) with the return shipment.

Once we receive your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, excluding shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment are your responsibility.

We will use the same payment method and bank account that you used for the order. There are no costs associated with the refund.

Refusal policy upon delivery

If you choose to refuse your order at the door without a valid reason, we will charge a return fee of €5.95. A valid reason for refusing an order could include cancellation before shipping, late shipping, or an excessively long delivery time. Other situations where you have contacted a staff member may also be considered valid reasons. Simply deciding not to accept an order after it has been shipped, however, will not be considered a valid reason.

Complaints and warranty

Our goal is to keep you as satisfied as possible as a customer. We understand it can be frustrating if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to assist you and provide a suitable solution.

Our staff will attempt to process your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. If it requires more time, we will inform you accordingly.
